The Job

Your performance goals :

1. Complete 2 in-depth research reports per month on different industries/client companies of different region and countries;

2. Complete 5 job analysis reports per week and manage Associer job tree system up to date in weekly basis;

3. Source 10 qualified candidates, conduct 3 in-depth consultant interviews and recommend 1 candidate profile in daily basis;

4. Draw recruitment strategy effectively, using total mapping skill and other social recruitment skill to fulfill recruitment projects in timely manner.
