The Job:

Job Description:

1. Provide daily IT service support to end-users, like computer installation, account configuration, software installation, email configuration, IP telephone configuration…

2. Conduct routine maintenance for ICT devices, like printer, meeting room equipment and computer

3. Conduct the update of the software like windows and patch management

4. Be responsible for making the standard IT service process according to ITIL principles

5. Manage ICT assets and coordinate procurement

6. Implement the security policy, do the regular audit and information security training

7. Trouble-shooting: be responsible for the daily IT issues from the employees

8. Collaborate with corporate IT and follow the IT policy of headquarter

Job Requirements

1. College degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related engineering disciplines. Available in Detroit

2. 3 years or more relevant ICT service experience, manufacturing industry is preferred.

3. Good understanding of IT service management (ITIL).

4. Fluent in   English (written and verbal), Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
