The Job

Job Responsibilities:  

1. Responsible for industry research, talent Mapping, middle and high-end positions and global recruitment of key positions of the group and each business division;  

2.Research industry development trend, make talent recruitment strategy prospectively, pay close attention to the target company's business changes and key talent trends;  

3.Continuously improve the recruitment efficiency, precipitation recruitment methodology, enabling business and the whole group recruitment team;  

4.   Identify potential problems and provide innovative solutions through recruitment data analysis;  

5. Expansion, management and optimization of recruitment channels, innovative introduction of recruitment tools.  

Job Requirements:  

1. Good at the whole process management of high-end talents, familiar with local labor and employment laws and regulations;  

2.   Excellent recruitment expertise, communication, negotiation and business analysis skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly with all kinds of resources;  

3. Have passion on recruitment, good team leadership and teamwork spirit;  

4. Proficient in Local language/English.
