Job Description


Included into the SPP team, this KAE will be mainly dedicated to support customers' activities in North America.

He/She will be the one to ensure the good relation with customers'working level on sales side and will prepare the quality and logistics topics – 1st window support to link between company, US office and customers.
1. OEM information
OEM overviews/Volume Follow-ups/Vehicle plan/Medium and long term strategy/Competitors information
2. Customer relationship maintenance
• Ensure the good relationship with the customer and ensure 1st level communication;
• Attend regularly at sales, projects & supplier meetings on customer site, regular visit.
3. Awarded programs operating support
• Contract signature: GTC/nomination letter/ pruchase contract/warranty etc.
• Support company's cross-functional teams work: explain customer's expectation/standards, prepare templates to be fulfilled by teams, recognize project risks and take actions in advance to reach major project target;
• Consolidate data in various reporting files: OEM overviews / Price and Volume Follow-ups / weekly / monthly report, cost and investmenst cost breakdowns
• Interface with OEM Purchasing department: volumes delivery, price management (LTA, RMI, mechanism, …), FETE+RFI+RFQ follow up, overdues tracking, budget preparation;
4. Acquire new business.
• Anticipate customer short and mid terms needs for Serial, RFQ and RFI relevant answers while securing and guaranting company's interests (margin, image, …)
• Purchasing contract/legal topics, quotation/cost breakdown preparation with SPP team.


Job Requirement:

  1. Bachelor degree or above

  2. Microsoft Office

  3. Multi cultural aptitude. Fighting spirit and customer mindset focus. Strong ability to be a team member

  4. Automotive industry minimum 3 years experience working for a tier 1 supplier

  5. Fluency English
