Job Description：

Under the leadership of the department manager of the new energy plant preparation department and the project manager of each project, and under the overall control of the site team leader of the new plant preparation department. Responsible for the installation and management of all new plants, dormitory buildings and canteens in the area under his jurisdiction, to ensure that the quality of the projects. To ensure that the quality of the works under the responsibility of the project meets the design requirements, the progress meets the production requirements of the company, and the safety and civilization of the new project meets the requirements of local and national specifications.

1、Participate in the construction drawing review.

2、Participate in the audit of the construction organization design and special construction plan declared by the construction preparation unit; audit the supervision outline and supervision implementation details declared by the supervision unit unit; review the qualification of suppliers and related situations.

3, timely coordination with planning and planning engineers to solve technical problems arising in construction, regular inspection, inspection and evaluation of the quality of work in progress projects, quality of engineering materials, quality of supervision by supervision units, etc..

4、Audit the monthly progress plan and three-week rolling plan of the project prepared by the construction unit, and assist the project manager in supervising and managing the construction site to ensure that the progress and safe and civilized construction of all stages of the project meet the relevant requirements.

5、Audit the change visa documents provided by subcontractor suppliers and review the quantity of works; supervise the integrity, authenticity and accuracy of the project process record document information on a random basis.

6、Participate in the acceptance of various concealed works and special equipment of the project, cooperate with the supervisory company to participate in the acceptance of important processes and parts as well as the acceptance of project completion, and lead the organization of the relevant departments of the company to deliver the acceptance of the project.

7、Assist the superior in the investigation and processing of project quality and safety accidents

Job Requirement：

1、Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical automation, electrical, HVAC, water supply and drainage related fields.

2、Proficient in English.

3、Skilled operation of windows office, CAD and other software.

4、5 years or more relevant engineering management experience, understanding of national regulations and policies on engineering management, familiar with construction drawing review, professional knowledge of industrial construction, quality management, cost control, etc., excellent organizational and coordination skills, analysis and problem-solving skills, strong sense of responsibility, outstanding on-site construction management skills.

5、Strong equipment and installation expertise, professionalism, good work ethics, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
