Job Summary:

Department: Modeling Center.

Reporting Line :   Vice President of Modeling Center

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for appearance design, mainly including: shape design direction, appearance shape, DNA definition, etc.;

2. Quality of modeling design scheme, quality improvement, problem rectification;

3. Design team management and capacity enhancement, guide designers to carry out design work, personnel capacity enhancement, etc.

1. More than 15 years of design work experience in world leading vehicle OEMs;

2. Experience in design team management is highly preferred;

3. Skill requirements: Ability to control modeling design trends, processes, creative sketches and renderings, able to control design direction, solve engineering problems, and have the ability to coordinate multiple projects.
