Job Description:
1. External: Complete the annual target set by the company and the tasks assigned by the company, including sales, payment collection, demand management, customer relationship, etc., maintain customer relationship, and explore new cooperation opportunities;
2. Internal: maintain close communication with various departments of the company (such as sales management, engineering, projects, quality, production, etc.), accurately and timely deliver customer needs to all internal departments, do a good job in communication and coordination, timely and efficiently deal with customer needs;
3. Cooperated closely with project management and product development members of the company, filled each other's positions, and completed various tasks comprehensively.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, no limitation on major;
2. At least 3 years sales & marketing experience in automotive or parts industry, engineering background is preferred;
3. Strong self-driving ability, and strain ability, strong sense of goal, result-oriented;
4. Clear logic, understand basic business etiquette, and have good communication and negotiation skills;
5. Good at handling internal and external relations, strong sense of responsibility and patience;
6. Fluent in Japanese, adaptable to frequent business trips.
