The Job
Job Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: market research of energy storage system in application scenarios such as power system auxiliary services.
2. Team Work: responsible for project management, team building, and team member ability training and ability improvement.
3. Customer Demand Identification: responsible for pre-sales technical support for overseas energy storage projects, defining the application scenarios and technical requirements of the energy storage system.
4. BMS System Design: cooperate with customers and our department to complete the scheme design and application development of BMS system for energy storage project.
5. Technical Support: Responsible for BMS product technical support, complex on-site fault analysis and troubleshooting, etc.
6. Customer Relations: keep good relationship with customer.
Job Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in New Energy / Electrical Engineering / Automation / Power Electronics or other related fields, at last 3 years or more working experience.
2. Familiar with the composition and scheme of energy storage system, and the technical architecture of BMS, PCS and EMS.
3. Familiar with new energy generation system or power distribution system, familiar with the design principles of CAN, RS-485 or TCP/IP communication system
4. Have strong communication and coordination skills and Good team leadership and collaboration ability.
5. Accept and adapt to short and medium-term business trips.
