The Job
Job Responsibilities:
1. Customer Demand Identification: responsible for pre-sales technical support for overseas energy storage projects, defining the application scenarios and technical requirements of the energy storage system.
2. BMS System Design: cooperate with customers and our department to complete the scheme design
and application development of BMS system for energy storage project.
3. Technical Support: responsible for technical support of BMS products, including customer
consultation, on-site technical guidance, fault analysis and troubleshooting, etc.
4. Follow-up of Issues: follow up the process and results of on-site issues.
5. Customer Relations: keep good relationship with customer.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, background on New Energy / Electrical Engineering / Automation / Power
Electronics or other related majors.
2. Familiar with the control strategy of battery management system, with BMS software and hardware
development or testing experience is preferred.
3. Familiar with ZLG/CANanalyzr/CANoe/CANape and other testing and data analysis tools.
4. Have strong communication and coordination skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
5. Accept and adapt to short and medium-term business trips.
