Legal Counsel (Japanese Language) - Beijing/Tokyo

The Job
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle KA customer SaaS procurement contracts, control legal risks of contracts, deal with compliance issues involved in contracts, provide business with transaction risk prevention solutions, and guide business in contract negotiations;
2. Coordinate external lawyer resources and handle daily legal business in Japan, mainly including customer SaaS procurement contracts and compliance implementation of SaaS services in Japan;
3. Under the guidance of HQ Legal Head, participate in product and business development compliance assessment in China and the Global region and provide compliance solutions;
4. According to business needs, establish and continuously optimize the legal support process and corresponding legal document templates;
5. To meet the needs of business development, provide contract compliance legal training for the business team.
Job requirements:
1. Applicants with a bachelor's degree or above, who have a well-known law school at home and abroad, who have study or work experience in Japan, and who can use Japanese as their working language;
2. 5-10 years of lawyer or legal work experience, once worked in well-known domestic and foreign law firms or Internet, software, and technology companies;
3. Have a solid professional foundation, possess business thinking, and be able to handle work independently;
4. Entrepreneurial mentality, strong self-motivation, courage to accept challenges and uncertainties.
仕事の責任：
1. KAの顧客SaaS調達契約を処理し、契約の法的リスクを管理し、契約に関連するコンプライアンスの問題に対処し、取引リスク防止ソリューションをビジネスに提供し、契約交渉においてビジネスを指導します。
2.外部の弁護士リソースを調整し、主に顧客のSaaS調達契約および日本でのSaaSサービスのコンプライアンスの実装を含む、日本での日常の法律業務を処理します。
3.法務部長の指導の下、中国およびグローバル地域での製品および事業開発のコンプライアンス評価に参加し、コンプライアンスソリューションを提供します。
4.ビジネスニーズに応じて、法的サポートプロセスと対応する法的文書テンプレートを確立し、継続的に最適化します。
5.ビジネス開発のニーズを満たすために、ビジネスチームに契約コンプライアンスの法的トレーニングを提供します。
仕事の要件：
1.学士号以上を取得し、国内外で著名な法科大学院を有し、日本での留学または実務経験があり、日本語を使用言語として使用できる申請者。
2. 5〜10年の弁護士または法務の経験。かつては、国内外の有名な法律事務所またはインターネット、ソフトウェア、テクノロジー企業で働いていました。
3.強固な専門的基盤を持ち、ビジネス思考を持ち、仕事を独立して処理できる。
4.起業家精神、強い自己動機、挑戦と不確実性を受け入れる勇気。
PS：勤務先の住所は、日本の東京と中国の北京です。
工作职责
1、处理KA客户SaaS采购合约，把控合同法律风险，处理合约涉及的合规问题，为业务提供交易风险防范解决方案，指导业务进行合同谈判；
2、协调外部律师资源，处理日本区域日常法律业务，主要包括客户SaaS采购合约及SaaS服务在日本的合规落地；
3、在Legal Head指导下，参与中国及Global地区产品及业务发展合规评估及提供合规解决方案；
4、应业务需求，建立及不断优化法务支持流程及相应的法律文件模版；
5、顺应业务发展需要，为业务团队提供合约合规法务培训。
任职要求：
1、统招本科及以上学历，有国内外知名法学院，有日本留学或工作经历，可以使用日语作为工作语言者；
2、5-10年律师或法务工作经验，曾经就职于国内外知名律所或互联网、软件、科技公司；
3、专业基础扎实，具备业务思维，能够独当一面处理工作；
4、创业心态、自驱力强，勇于接受挑战及不确定性。
