Supply Chain Engineer - Singapore

The Job

1. Handle inbound and outbound order processing in system

2. Support warehouse operations and logistics activities, including but not limited to receipt, packing/unpacking, inspection, distribution, stocktake, maintenance.

3. Ensure warehouse compliance to EHS inc. DG requirements, operational safety, 5S, etc.

4. Facilitate international shipping and local delivery and coordinate among internal and external parties；develop and conduct logictic supplier including reverse logistic as well as the recycling resources

5. Manage inventory accuracy and conduct stock stock both locally and across-region

6. Manage local warehouse inventory level, demand forecasting, and capacity planning

7. Coach and supervise logistics partners’ operations and audit daily operation, maintenance, and KPI to ensure safety and standardization

8. Support IT projects’ solution design, configuration, and deployment

9. Conduct training on battery storage & handling practice

1. Bachelor/master degree with major in supply chain, logistics, or engineering discipline

2. More than 3-year work experience in warehousing, logistics, or industrial/auto spare parts

3. Singapore citizen or permanent resident

4. Proficiency in Chinese and English

5. Experience in DG is a plus

6. Spanish is a plus but not required

7. Willing to travel frequently in North America region

8. Advanced in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SAP ERP and WMS
