Job Description:
Be responsible for warehouse compliance, daily management and construction planning;
Be responsible for spare parts demand forecast;
Audit service agent spare parts demand;
Make spare parts transfer application form;
Be responsible for the accounting of spare parts purchase, sale and inventory on SAP;
Conduct trainings on storage&transportation related processes, systems, norms, standards, laws and regulations, SOP for warehouse personnel;
Be responsible for the account and management of tools and equipment assets;
Coordinate the difficulties in the delivery process to ensure timely delivery;
Cooperate with OSE and SPP to establish long-term partnership with local OEMs, End Users and OSAs.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree/Major in Logistics, International trade, Marketing, Automobile, etc;
Familiar with auto spare parts & logistics industry, familiar with European and American spare parts related laws, basic financial and tax knowledge, proficient in office software, excellent communication skills;
More than 4 years spare parts and warehouse management and logistics experience;
Proficient in English & German.
