The Job
Job Responsibilities:
1. Managing overseas warehouses, collecting and analyzing the stock data. To have a well managing in 3PL, so as to promote inventory turnover rate, and control storage cost.
2. Counting the overseas warehouse inventory and deal with NOK parts returned from customers.
3. Responsible for EDI connection between WMS system and SAP, and verifying the system accounting.
4. Following up foreign customs declaration and arranging terminal delivery.
5. Need to make the annual budget
Job Requirements
1. With 5-year experience in overseas warehouse management, familiar with warehouse operation, customs operation at inland and abroad. Further, have a professional skill that related to international trade, international logistics , supply chain .
2. Have a strong horizontal communication ability, communicating with overseas warehouse operational person and customers from different countries.
3. To implement tasks, with a well executive ability and sense of responsibility.
4. Good communication in English reading, writing and speaking that can lead a business communication. Moreover, have a good understanding of German or French is preferred.
5. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Business administration/International trade/Logistics engineering.
