QC Engineer - Belgium/Italy/Spain

The Job

Job Responsibilities:

1.Planning of factory quality monitoring programs, such as environmental cleanliness monitoring program planning, ESD prevention and control measures planning;

2. Carry out preliminary planning, evaluation and acceptance of testing programs and equipment;

3. Participate in the planning and implementation of the external warehouse quality management system;

4. Handle product quality problems found in external warehouses, such as quality problem reporting, upgrading and product quality judgment, etc.;

5. Coordinate the manpower planning, on-the-job training and management improvement of QC personnel in external warehouses;

6. Lead the construction of quality documents for the overseas warehouse QC team, and connect the headquarters and the overseas warehouse QC team;

7. Responsible for the coordination and communication between the headquarters QA department and the overseas QC team, such as the undertaking of annual KPIs, the department's publicity requirements and the implementation of tasks;

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above, majors: mechanical, electronic, chemical related majors are preferred; those with battery knowledge are preferred; proficient in using office software;

2.Strong communication skills, summary report, VDA6.3, five quality tools, 8D, SPC, MS excel/outlook/PPT for more than 2 years of manufacturing quality control;

3. Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Chinese, English or German, Spanish, Italian.
